Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products marked as non-returnable

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
